Ian Buckley-Golder:
Dr Buckley-Golder has a strong track record in developing and growing entrepreneurial and innovative businesses in the high technology sector. His positions as Chairman/MD/Director of USA, Japanese and UK businesses, within both Listed corporations and VC-backed financial wrappers, some from a turnaround-to-growth perspective, others based solely on IPR, have all been focused on developing people, technology and business value. He operates as a Business Angel and Director of three businesses in biotechnology, medical instruments and software; is also a Director/Chairman of three businesses in biotechnology, medical instruments and high tempreature sensors; is Senior Independent Director of AIM Listed Innovision Research and Technology plc; is also a Director of The Rainbow Seed Fund; as well as holding a Visiting Professorship in physics at University College, London; being Chairman of a Quantum Computing Advisory Board, Chairman of BegbrokeNano Steering Committee of Oxford University, and being a member of the Institute of Directors.

Sue Foden:
Sue Foden holds a number of non executive directorships in the biotech/ life sciences sector both in listed and private companies. These include Innovata plc, Medical Solutions plc, PIramed Ltd and Cellcentric Ltd. She is also a Director of The Rainbow Seed Fund and MRC Technology Ltd and a Trustee of The Institute of Cancer Research.

From 2000 to 2003 Sue was an Investor Director with Merlin Biosciences and prior to that [1987- 2000] she was CEO of both Cancer Research Campaign Technology and Cancer Research Ventures [now jointly Cancer Research Technolgy Ltd]. Earlier in her career Sue spent three years at Celltech Ltd where she was Head of Academic Liaison, following a brief spell in research and business development at AEA Technology.

Sue has a first degree and D Phil in biochemistry from the University of Oxford.

Martin Rigby:
Martin Rigby joined the Cambridge office of 3i in 1986 as a specialist investor in start-up and early stage technology businesses. In 1992 he founded ETCapital Limited. He has made investments in over forty technology businesses over the past 20 years. He sits on the boards of: Solcom, Astron Clinica, Oi! Bagel and WAX info and is a non-executive director of 3en Ventures, a seed capital fund investing in the Thames Valley. He read history for his first degree at New College, Oxford, and was a regular army officer for seven years before completing an MBA at Cranfield University.

Tony Diment:
Dr Tony Diment he is an experienced venture capitalist and brings to the role 25 years of experience of identifying and investing in early stage businesses with potential for high growth.

Tony started his VC career with 3i where he was responsible for investment in early stage and start up companies in the information technology sector in the USA and Europe . Following that, as an executive director of Gresham Trust plc, he was responsible for a portfolio of fifteen later stage unquoted companies. He then spent 5 years in the emerging markets of Eastern Europe before returning to take up the post of chief executive of Cambridge Research and Innovation Limited, which having become fully invested made arrangements for the tax efficient distribution of assets to shareholders.

He remains a non-executive director of Foresight Technology VCT plc a successful, quoted venture capital trust and Cascade Fund Management Ltd, and has recently joined the Wycombe Enterprise hub as director.
